Meatless Monday becomes Meatless Tuesday...

Meatless Monday is becoming Meatless Tuesday at our house (at least for football season).  Dadda monkey always seems to dread Meatless Monday. I think it's just something about men and their carnivorous ways. Although as a football fan myself (HTTR!), I've agreed to move our meatless menu day to Tuesday. This Monday, my beloved Redskins will be playing the Eagles. Bring on the pigs in a blanket, wings, pizza, etc..!
